Scenario 1: Self-assessor QR codes are scanned by a scanner before entry

You want employees and/or visitors to complete the self-assessment before arriving to your locations, and then have someone (receptionist, security, etc.) scan them before they're allowed to enter.

Below is an example of how to configure the system for this type of assessment.

App Behaviour:

• Reports will only show passed assessments that have been collected by screeners at the door, but they will show all failed assessments (regardless of whether collected by a screener or not).
• Self-assessors will complete the questionnaire questions.
• Temperatures readings will be entered by screeners at the door.
